The Seasonal Fitness Challenge is easy and energizing! The goal of the challenge is simple: to accumulate at least 150 minutes of physical activity each week. 150 minutes is equal to an average of 20 minutes of exercise a day. Physical activity includes anything that requires moderate to active participation and is continuous for at least ten consecutive minutes
. Each day you are physically active, you will track your total minutes on the Exercise Tracking Logs.
Earn 10 – 60 Healthy Lifestyle Activity Points (HLAPs) each season by submitting your Exercise Tracking Logs.
If you accumulate:
- 600 - 999 minutes per month- 10 HLAPs
- 1,000 - 1,499 minutes per month- 15 HLAPs
- 1,500 + minutes per month- 20 HLAPs
Register anytime to join the program and be eligible for quarterly drawings and health tips. If you have already registered for a previous season, there is no need to re-register.
