Seasonal Fitness Challenge Registration

The Seasonal Fitness Challenge is easy and energizing! The goal of the challenge is simple: to accumulate at least 150 minutes of physical activity each week. 150 minutes is equal to an average of 20 minutes of exercise a day. Physical activity includes anything that requires moderate to active participation and is continuous for at least ten consecutive minutes. Each day you are physically active, you will track your total minutes on the Exercise Tracking Logs. 

Earn 10 – 60 Healthy Lifestyle Activity Points  (HLAPs) each season by submitting your Exercise Tracking Logs.

If you accumulate:
  • 600 - 999 minutes per month- 10 HLAPs
  • 1,000 - 1,499 minutes per month- 15 HLAPs
  • 1,500 + minutes per month- 20 HLAPs
Register anytime to join the program and be eligible for quarterly drawings and health tips. If you have already registered for a previous season, there is no need to re-register.
